Buying vintage online should feel safe. Here is exactly where you stand.

14 day right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund. This applies to every shirt we sell, including vintage and match worn pieces.

How to return a shirt

Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your order. Email info@shirtsociete.com.
You then have a further 14 days to send the shirt back.
Return the shirt in the same condition you received it, with any tags still attached.

Refunds

Once we receive the shirt and confirm its condition, we refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to order. This includes the original standard shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are yours to pay, unless the shirt arrived damaged or not as described, in which case we cover them.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect a shirt as you would in a shop. If a shirt is returned showing use beyond that, such as signs of being worn or washed, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. This does not affect your right to return.

Damaged or not as described

We describe every shirt honestly, photograph any flaws, and list measurements so you know what to expect. If a shirt still arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us and we will make it right, including covering return shipping.
