Shirt Société sells original vintage and match worn football shirts. We are based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@shirtsociete.com.
Every shirt is a single, unique item. Once a shirt is sold, it is gone. We describe each shirt as accurately as we can, photograph any flaws, and list measurements. Because these are pre-owned items, small signs of age are normal and are noted where relevant.
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a shirt is found to be unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case you are refunded in full.
Payment is handled securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Shipping costs and delivery times are set out on our Shipping page. Free shipping applies within the EU on orders over €150.
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
We take care to describe every shirt accurately. Beyond what is required by law, our liability is limited to the value of the shirt purchased.
If something is wrong, please contact us first at info@shirtsociete.com. We aim to respond within a few days and to resolve any issue fairly.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may bring the matter before the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers retain any rights they have under mandatory consumer protection law in their country of residence.
Prices and availability can change without notice. Because almost every shirt is unique, an item may sell out at any time. We reserve the right to limit or refuse an order that appears to be placed by dealers or resellers.
We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current, but occasionally there may be an error or omission in a description, price or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change or update information, or cancel an order, if any information was inaccurate at the time, including after you placed your order.
By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment of your order is the one that applies.
